Getting likes on your post feels good.
Making sales from LinkedIn is even better.

If you agree:

STOP just posting and hoping for the best.
START building relationships and make offers

Here's what I've learned after 10+ years on this platform:

• Posts open the doors
• Messages build relationships
• Offers close deals

This is where I would start + DM scripts:

→ 1. Comment on your potential clients' posts

Not with "Great post!" but with real insights that demonstrate your expertise.

Over time, this will build familiarity and put you on their radar as someone who genuinely cares about building relationships.

→ 2. Send messages after they engage

If someone comments or likes, it's the perfect moment to start a conversation. Not a pitch. A genuine question:

"Hey [NAME], saw your comment on my post about [topic]. What part of that resonates most with what you're working on right now?"

→ 3. Make a clear offer

After 3-5 genuine exchanges, if there's alignment, ask permission to share your offer:

"I'm working with [type of client] to solve [specific problem]. Given what you've shared, this might be relevant to you. Want me to share more?"

Visibility is just the first step.
Sales come from conversations.

Which of these three steps are you currently skipping?

Reply in the comments and I'll send you a resource to help you close that gap.

Most freelancers think they have a talent problem.
That's NOT why their revenue is stuck...

Two freelancers:

Same expertise.
Same market.
Same skills.

One makes €45K. The other makes €85K.

The difference isn't talent...

It's systems.

Systems €85K freelancers use:

📌 System 1: Time Blocking

Your calendar is the foundation of your business.

Do this now:

↳ Batch client calls on specific days
↳ Schedule admin work in 90-minute blocks
↳ Block deep work hours (no meetings allowed)
↳ Protect evenings and weekends

€45K freelancers: Available 24/7
€85K freelancers: Available on their terms

📌 System 2: Proposal Templates

Stop reinventing proposals.

Do this now:

↳ Create pricing tiers
↳Take your best past proposal
↳ Remove client-specific details
↳ Add 2-3 testimonials at the bottom

€45K freelancers: 4 hours per proposal
€85K freelancers: 30 minutes per proposal

📌 System 3: Pipeline Tracker

Know what's coming.

Do this now:

↳ List every active lead
↳ Assign each a stage of your pipeline
↳ Add expected value and close date
↳ Review every Monday and Friday

€45K freelancers: Hope for the best
€85K freelancers: Know their next 60 days

One system to implement this week:

⭕ Build a simple pipeline tracker.

Track every lead from first contact to closed deal.

How often do you review your sales pipeline?

My parents still don’t understand what I do.

But here's what they understand:

- My laptop turns any location into an office.
- My work-life balance is 100% in my hands.
- I’m not chained to a 9-to-5 job schedule.
- My business is built around my lifestyle.

If you ask them, their son works...
"something online helping people"

What they see:

→ I bring my daughter to school every day.
→ I am always available for my family.
→ I don't answer to any boss.

I'm building a life on my own terms.

The hardest part isn't success.
It's explaining it to your mom and dad.

P.S. Do your parents understand what you do?

19/10/2024

Work-life balance for parent entrepreneurs is complicated.
I've struggled for 6 years and am still figuring it out...

There are seasons when we need deep work.
There are seasons when we need deep rest.
There are seasons when we need both.

The market doesn't care if you are exhausted.
Your children don't understand when you are tired.
Everyone is always expecting you to perform at your best.

1. If you need more time, start reducing distractions.
2. Protect recovery time and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
3. If an opportunity is not aligned with your goals– say no.

It's simple, but 99% of parents in business don't do it.

What do we tend to do instead:

- Over-committing.
- Setting unrealistic expectations.
- Feeling guilty for not having 52 hours a day.

To become a high performer, you embrace it all.
But it's your responsibility to look after yourself.

To all parents in business out there...
It's not easy, so be kind to yourself...
Understand and accept your limits...
You are doing great 🙌

P.S. If you are a parent in business, let's connect and support each other!

No one cares about your offer.

They care about what your offer can do for them.

A successful offer is built on the added value.

Use:

- Pain points that speak to your prospects
- Benefits linked to meaningful metrics
- Customer testimonials strategically
- Risk-free trials and guarantees
- Social proof to build authority

Turn features into measurable outcomes.

Features > Benefits > Outcomes

Results speak louder than promises.

Which one is your favourite?

02/10/2024

Experts overcomplicate lead gen.

Listen, if you’re struggling to get leads:

Avoid:

- Ignoring comments
- Using jargon in your content
- Only publishing hard-to-read posts
- Send a pitch just after someone connects

Instead:

- Share your clients' results
- Use your clients' Qs to write posts
- Connect with other experts in your niche
- Build genuine relationships on the platform

Focus on this for the next 3 weeks.

Build from there.

The #1 low-cost strategy to quickly generate business opportunities I teach all my clients...

(one of my clients used it to close $76,460 via WhatsApp)

It's a powerful strategy for turning "silent" leads into sales, popularised by a marketer named Dean Jackson.

This is how it works:

1. Create a list with "never converted" leads:
↳ those who enquired about your service
↳ those who downloaded a lead magnet
↳ those who attended your webinar
↳ those who booked a call

2. Reach out with a simple email/text
↳ Subject line: (First Name) – if you send an email
↳ Body: Are you still looking for [product/service]?

3. Engage with those who reply and make an offer.

That's it.

Here's an example of how I do it:

→ Email
1. Subjetc line: cristian
2. Body: are you still looking to scale your ads?

→ SMS / WhatsApp
1. Text: are you still looking to scale your ads?

Every sale starts with a conversation.
This is a simple way to start those conversations.

The time is now...

Comment "YES" if you will use this strategy to generate new opportunities for your business.

At Google, they call it ZMOT.

And you can use it to make more sales 🚀

▶ It refers to a moment in the buying process.

▶ It's the discovery and awareness stage in the customer journey.

▶ It's when the consumers research products before purchasing them.

How can you use this concept to increase your sales?

First of all, you need to understand that:

📍 Your prospects are at different stages of the buying process.

📍 Some people buy on impulse, and some are more logical.

📍 Different people like information presented in a different way

So, with this in mind, let me give you three ideas:

1️⃣ Create quality educational content related to your product or service.

2️⃣ Ask for reviews and collect testimonials. Increase social proof and trust.

3️⃣ Create content to make it easier to compare your solution to others.

What else could you do to influence potential buyers to choose you over the competition?

Hey [FIRST NAME]... is sooo OLD SCHOOL!

(Try this instead to re-engage and monetise your database in 2024)

Having an email list is one thing...

Engaging it effectively and generating sales is another ball game entirely.

No Opens = No Sales

Hey [FIRST NAME]... was enough to get someone's attention 10 years ago.

Today, this kind of personalisation can even work against you...

I cannot tell you how many times I've unsubscribed from an email list just because they kept sending me emails with the wrong name... 🤷‍♂️

"Hey, Laura!"
(So no, it wasn't just a typo when I signed up...)

❌ Batch and blast are dead ❌

What do you want to personalise in 2024?
Your offers and the content that goes with them.

Let me explain...

Use segmentation and dynamic content.

It will make your emails feel like they were written just for the recipient.

Start segmenting your database based on their previous behaviours like purchases or content consumption.

👉 Who bought similar products in the past?
👉 Who has opened every email about a topic related to your offer?
👉 The list goes on...

Segment your database based on past behaviours.

You can then create different emails and different sales pages– just for those segments.

What can you expect?

More Engagement = More Sales

Does it require more work?

Yes, but today is not optional if you want a great ROI from your database.

So, start segmenting and presenting relevant offers today!
No more lethargic and unresponsive database.

6 months into running my business full-time, I wanted to quit.

- Posted 3x a week on most platforms

10/06/2024

Every successful founder started here:

- No certainty
- No followers
- No customers
- Limited resources

The next time you feel like quitting:
→ Don’t.

Keep going.
You are not alone.
