We’ve been taught to think about bone health only when someone breaks a bone.

But what if that’s missing the bigger picture?

Bone is a living, dynamic tissue that communicates with your muscles, metabolism, immune system, and hormones. It doesn’t exist in isolation.

This is why I believe osteoporosis is not just a bone disease. It’s often a window into how the body is ageing as a whole.

And it’s also why I rarely focus on calcium alone. Nutrition, movement, inflammation, stress physiology, sleep, and personalised biology all influence the health of your skeleton.

If you want to understand why bone health is one of the most overlooked pillars of longevity, join my free webinar.

Your bones may be telling a much bigger story than you realise.

melatonin is a hormone and should be taken seriously!
lack of sleep rarely means lack of melatonin!
it is usually dysregulated biological clock.

14/06/2026

Sleep problems are rarely just about sleep.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is people reaching for melatonin before addressing the real issue: a disrupted circadian rhythm.

Your body is designed to produce melatonin naturally. Morning sunlight, movement, nutrition, stress management, and evening light exposure all play a role in that process.

Sometimes the most powerful intervention isn't another supplement—it's getting back in sync with your biology.

Have you ever tried improving your sleep by changing your light exposure instead of taking melatonin?

What’s the Best Diet for Bone Health?

I get asked this question all the time.

Should you follow a Mediterranean diet? A vegan diet? Keto? Intermittent fasting?

The truth is that bone health is far more complex than choosing a dietary label.

While the Mediterranean-style diet has some of the strongest evidence for supporting bone health, healthy ageing, and longevity, that doesn't automatically mean it's the best choice for every individual.

I've worked with people who improved their bone density on Mediterranean-style diets, vegetarian diets, and even lower-carb approaches.

What matters most is whether your diet provides the key building blocks your bones need:
✔️ Adequate protein
✔️ Essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium
✔️ Vitamins D and K2
✔️ Omega-3 fats
✔️ Enough calories and nutrients to support bone remodelling
✔️ A lower-inflammatory environment
This is where many people go wrong.

They focus on the name of the diet rather than whether it is meeting their body's needs.

A vegan diet can be incredibly healthy, but it requires careful planning.
A high-protein diet can support bone building, but balance matters.
Intermittent fasting may offer benefits, but not if it results in under-eating.

The question isn't:
❌ "Which diet is best?"
The better question is:
✅ "Is my diet providing everything my bones need to stay strong?"

That's where personalisation becomes so important.
Because when it comes to bone health, one size rarely fits all.
And remember. Bonehealth is the longevity missing link!
Have you tried any of these approaches? Which one worked best for you?

MRI & Bone Health: What You Should Know

When we talk about osteoporosis, most people think of DEXA scans.

And yes — DEXA is still the standard test for measuring bone density.

But here’s what many people don’t realise:

Bone health is not just about density.

It’s also about structure, fractures, inflammation, marrow changes, muscle, hormones, nutrients, and the bigger clinical picture.

MRI can sometimes give information that a DEXA cannot.

It may help detect:

✨ Silent spinal fractures
✨ Bone marrow changes
✨ Stress injuries
✨ Unexplained pain
✨ Structural problems around the spine, hips or joints
✨ Other issues that may affect your diagnosis or treatment plan

MRI does not replace DEXA.

But in some cases, it can help complete the picture.

Because the real question is not just:

“What is my T-score?”

It is:

“Why is this happening — and what else do we need to look at?”

That’s where personalised bone health assessment matters.

The biggest mistake I made after my osteoporosis diagnosis wasn't ignoring it.

It was believing that more information would automatically give me the answers.

So I spent years researching.
Learning.
Testing.
Trying to figure everything out myself.

Looking back, what I really needed wasn't more information.

I needed clarity.

A roadmap.

A simple plan that helped me understand what mattered most and where to focus first.

That's why I created Bone Health Reset.

Because I don't want other women spending years feeling overwhelmed and trying to piece everything together alone.

💛 If you're ready to stop guessing and start moving forward with confidence, I'd love to support you.

The women I worry about most aren't the women doing nothing.

They're often the women doing EVERYTHING.

Taking supplements.
Reading articles.
Following multiple experts.
Trying different exercises.

And still wondering...

"Am I focusing on the right things?"

I've learned over the years that bone health isn't about doing more.

It's about knowing what matters most for YOUR body.

That's exactly why I created Bone Health Reset.

Not to give women more information.

But to help them find clarity, stop second-guessing themselves, and create a simple plan they can actually follow.

What if the diagnosis that once terrified you became the reason you helped thousands of women change their future? 💛

Today feels a little emotional…

Because 20 years ago, I was sitting in a doctor's office hearing the words:

“You have osteoporosis.”

And honestly?

I was scared.
Confused.
Completely overwhelmed.

At 32 years old, I never imagined that one day I’d be teaching women around the world about bone health and healthy aging.

But that diagnosis changed everything.

What started as a personal challenge became a 20-year journey.

Twenty years of studying.
Researching.
Testing.
Questioning everything I was told about bone health.

Because the more I learned, the more I realized something important…

Bone health is not as simple as we've been led to believe.

It's not just calcium.
It's not just menopause.
It's not one supplement.
It's not one exercise.

And most importantly…

There is no one-size-fits-all solution.

That realization is exactly why I created the Bone Health Reset Program.

Not to give women more information.

Because let's be honest—we're already drowning in information.

I created it to give women clarity.

To help them stop feeling overwhelmed.

To understand what matters most for THEIR body.

And to create a simple plan they can actually follow.

Because no woman should spend years feeling afraid of her future or trying to figure this all out alone.

So today, after months of planning, creating, rewriting, learning new technology, and stepping way outside my comfort zone…

I'm officially opening the doors to Bone Health Reset. 💛

And I couldn't be more excited.

2nd FREE MASTERCLASS TODAY! GOING LIVE IN 60mins!

Yesterday in the Strong Bones Masterclass, we touched on HRT and bone health.

One of the biggest lessons from over 20 years of studying bone health is this:

Health is rarely as simple as it seems.

Many people assume that after menopause, estrogen is always low.

Yet some women continue to experience symptoms associated with higher estrogen levels long after menopause.

Why?

Because hormones don't operate in isolation.

Stress, gut health, liver function, genetics, inflammation, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle all influence the bigger picture.

This is exactly why a personalised approach matters.

If you've been told that bone loss is simply a calcium deficiency or an inevitable part of ageing, you're only seeing part of the story.

Tonight, in Day 2 of the Strong Bones Masterclass, we'll explore some of the hidden factors that can affect bone health and healthy ageing—often long before they show up on a bone density scan.

Because understanding what is driving the problem is often more important than chasing the latest supplement.

Registration remains open and replays are available to those who register.
