✨ We’ve wrapped on Canvas Playgrounds! ✨ It’s been a few weeks now since we called “that’s a wrap”, and what a magical shoot it was. Since then, we’ve leapt straight into post-production, working hard to bring this story to life in the edit. Every shot is a testament to the insane talent, care, and dedication of our cast and crew, who brought their absolute A-game across two weekends of filming. The footage shows it and we can’t wait to share it with you!

This was the second short produced by PLUS EIGHT TWO, and after an incredible festival run - including screenings at BAFTA and Academy qualifying festivals, and even taking home an award in Japan 🇯🇵 - it’s now available for everyone to watch online 💛 TAMAGOYAKI follows a young girl named Aya as she navigates the emotional push and pull between two cultures, something deeply personal Meg Igarashi the writer/director and something we immediately connected about when we first begun speaking about the film.
