Another key milestone at our Ipswich development 👷♂️
The team is currently completing intumescent painting to the Level 3 steelwork in preparation for the roof installation, helping achieve the required 60-minute fire rating in line with building regulations.

Another step forward at our Guildford development 🏗️
The team is currently installing Jabfloor insulation ahead of screeding, helping improve the building’s energy efficiency and supporting our target EPC rating.
It’s great to see progress continuing on site as the development moves closer to completion👊

With enabling works now complete, the project has moved into its next phase and remains on track for completion in 2027.

What a week in Miami 🌴
The HJ Collection team had an incredible time exhibiting at the Business Show in Miami, and it turned out to be one of the busiest we’ve attended to date.
It was fantastic to reconnect with existing US clients, meet new investors, and see the growing interest in UK property opportunities from the US market 🤝
