A sunny British day deserves our Vietnamese shrimp summer rolls filled with tea smoked peppers, pickled cucumber, sea salt brined carrots, mint & coriander. Served with our 6 hour cooked sweet chilli & lemongrass dipping sauce. Topped with roasted peanuts…that’s just to start 😏
