Falcon Developments

Following on from our positively received Public Consultation in June, Falcon Developments are proud to have submitted a planning application in Hook, Hampshire for the delivery of 20 affordable homes.

As a business we remain committed to helping First Time Buyers enter the property market, with the homes providing a mixed tenure of Shared Ownership and Discount Market housing.

The homes are specifically aimed at applicants with a local connection to Hook Parish and the village community.

We look forward to continuing our engagement with residents, applicants, Hook Parish Council and Hart District Council through the planning application process.

Falcon Developments and VIVID Homes have submitted an application for 14 Shared Ownership homes for locally connected residents in Rowlands Castle (East Hampshire).

As an exception site, the application follows an independent Housing Needs Assessment being undertaken by Action Hampshire in 2020 that identified a high need for shared ownership tenure homes in the village.

We are exceptionally proud of the proposal to support first time buyers in the local community, and help address levels of affordability for residents unable to afford market housing.

Rowlands Castle | Falcon Developments The site is situated on the south-western border of the village next to Havant Thicket. The enclosed nature of the site with wooded surroundings and provide a suitable location for a small-scale development within the Parish.

Falcon Developments is holding an online public consultation for a small affordable home ownership proposal in Hook.

The proposal aims to deliver 20 homes that will be available to those who are first-time buyers and have a local connection to Hook. 10 of the homes will be shared ownership and 10 will be discounted by 25% of market value.

The online consultation is open from Saturday 5th June – Sunday 20th June 2021 and you are invited to have your say.
