Hello everyone,

The Charity, Evidence Aid, closes on Thursday 31 October. Before we go, we wanted to share some good news with you and hope this will inspire decision making in the humanitarian sector to collaborate and to continue seeking ways to improve access to evidence to ensure that the lives and livelihoods of vulnerable populations are protected

When we announced the news of our closure back in July, we hoped that Evidence Aid summaries would remain accessible and free of charge beyond closure of the charity. We are delighted to be able to announce that from now, the International Rescue Committee are hosting the website, evidenceaid.org and continue to make much of Evidence Aid’s existing material available to the public. Should you have any questions relating to the website after 31 October, please contact [email protected].

Linkedin Group
Whilst the Trustees and staff will no longer represent the Evidence Aid Charity, as individuals, many of us remain committed and passionate about its original mission and vision. We have therefore created a Linkedin Group to facilitate continued communication and sharing amongst like-minded people. Please feel free to join and contribute.

‘Reflections’ Webinar
On 8 October, Evidence Aid had the pleasure of hosting a ‘Reflections’ webinar, where many of our friends and supporters, consultants, interns and volunteers came together to reflect and celebrate the history and legacy of Evidence Aid over its 20-year lifespan. Follow the link to listen to the recording and to hear the memories, views and reflections shared.

Finally, from Claire, Jane and on behalf of the Evidence Aid Trustees, thank you once again for all your support over the years.

Wishing you a fond farewell.
