� AJK UPRISING — DAY 62

Pakistan-administered Kashmir enters the 62nd consecutive day of unrest as a fresh and potentially explosive confrontation unfolds just hours before polling in Bagh and Haveli.

Reports from the ground say Pakistani Rangers again opened fire and used tear gas against protesters, with two deaths reported in Haveli and more than 13 people reportedly injured.

� But the biggest development may still be ahead.

Protest leader Sardar Umar Nazir has announced demonstrations across AJK on 13 August and says the Awami Action Committee will make a MAJOR DECLARATION connected to the historic UNCIP Resolution of 13 August 1948.
