As temperatures drop, it’s important to take simple steps to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your home. Here’s what you need to know 👇

🔹 𝗜𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆?
If you smell gas, have low pressure, or suspect carbon monoxide, call 0800 111 999 immediately.

🔹 𝗕𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀?
If your boiler or gas appliance isn't working, reach out to a Gas Safe Registered engineer or your gas supplier — they can help.

🔹 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲?
If your boiler stops in cold weather, try this:
1. Identify the small PVC pipe on an outside wall by your boiler.
2. Wrap it in a hot water bottle or pour warm (not boiling) water over it.
3. Once thawed, your boiler should restart.
If it doesn’t, get a Gas Safe engineer to take a look.
