For today’s Throwback Thursday, we revist the Plaza 1821 development at Princes Dock, Liverpool. Unit3 Design Studio worked alongside Peel Land and Property, Redwing Living and the Regenda Group. Unit3 was responsible for designing three key ground floor spaces – a residents lounge, concierge / entrance area and a new restaurant for Moose Coffee.

Plaza 1821 was the winner of the Northern Design Award 2021 for Best Restaurant and Bar Design £500,000.
