Mondayโs Track Session was a hot one tonight โ๏ธ๐ฅต
5x 1k intervals with 90 seconds rest.
We train Monday and Wednesday 7pm till 8pm at Wavertree Running Track. If you want to improve your running, just turn up.

Week 9 and our final week of our Couch to 5K programme which was funded by Liverpool City Council
We have had some 5kโs hit this week as the girls went out to complete their 34 minute continuous runs. This is under the average time for recreational runners so it is such an amazing achievement.
This week consists of three 25 minute runs before next Sundayโs grand finale. Well done ladies.
