A few of us got together for pizza, drinks and cannoli 😋

This is what the community looks like off the mountains. Good people showing up on a school night for each other over good food and in normal adult clothes 😎

These nights are just as important to us as the hikes. Connection doesn’t stop when the boots come off. 😉

Yesterday was one of those days 🏔️

The Full Edale Skyline. Soaking wet from pretty much the get go & the wind battering us from every direction 🤣🌬️

There were stretches where nobody said a word. Hoods up, heads down, just grinding through it. For me, they were some of my favourite moments of the day and not because my ears wanted a break 🫣…

But because that’s where you find out more of what you’re are made of. When you start to hear that voice in your head 🗣️👀.

No sunshine. No views. No Insta moments. Just raw, honest effort. And this group delivered every single step of the way.

It was equally amazing watching everyone come together, complete strangers at the start of the day but by the end they were looking out for each other, checking in, laughing through the grim bits.

That doesn’t happen in many other settings. These harder days are what bring everyone closer together 💪🏔️

Massive well done to this team! You all smashed it.🏅🙌

Sometimes you forget about the things that actually work for you. Today was a good reminder. 🙏

Today I went back to and honestly, I needed that reminder.

Within about 60 seconds of being in that tank I remembered exactly why I used to prioritise it. There’s nothing quite like it. You walk in off a busy city centre street, all the noise, pace and mental load that comes with it, and within a minute it’s just gone. It’s like someone just turns the volume off on the world. 🌊

The detachment feeling really is something else. Especially in a world that’s constantly pulling at our attention from every direction, this is one of the only places where nothing can reach you.

No notifications. No noise. No one needing anything from you. Just me, my thoughts and proper stillness. 💆‍♂️

One hour in there and my nervous system just resets. The magnesium salted water works through the body, the tension you didn’t even realise you were carrying starts to lift, and you come out the other side feeling clear in a way that’s hard to find anywhere else. 🧠

It was boss to catch up with Lee while I was there too. One of life’s true wise guys. 👁️🤓

We have this on our doorstep in Liverpool city centre and many people don’t even know it exists. That blows my mind every time.

Coxy is one of those people who just shows up. Every time, Never late (except that one time 🫣). Rain, altitude, whatever the mountain throws at him, he’s there with a smile… eventually 😉.

We met through this community and have no doubt got a friendship for life and many more huge adventures in the pipeline together. ✈️

Recognition Time 🏆

What a night Friday was. at The Hilton, Liverpool. Incredible venue, great energy, and one of those evenings that just feels special from the minute you walk in. 🤩🥂

But the highlight for me was watching one of our own, Jay Solo, be recognised on that stage.

I first met Jay when he walked through the door for our Grounding Foundations Breathwork & Self Development Course just over two years ago. He was already doing well. Already building. Already someone you could see was going places. 🤓

But what stands out about Jay isn’t just the talent. It’s the consistency. The work ethic. The fact that he just keeps showing up, keeps doubling down on himself, keeps raising the bar. Day after day. 🧱

He’s exactly the kind of person this city needs more of. A genuine role model. Quietly getting on with it while the results speak for themselves.

Highly Commended for the Rising Star Award, nominated alongside some other big names, and he took it all in his stride. 😎

So proud of you mate. We can’t wait to see what the next few years bring 💚.
