471 Routes CIC presents a collaborative exhibition at Mayer Hall in Bebington. The show brings together local poets and visual artists. The exhibited work began either as a poem or artwork and came together through collaboration.

The exhibition grew out of a workshop held on 23 March where artists and poets met, shared their work, and began new collaborations. That session helped shape many of the pieces now on display.

The exhibition is curated by 471 Routes CIC with the artists and poets involved. These include Susan Lee Brown, Geoff Owens, Judith Railton and Alison Schultz.

The exhibtion will run from 26 June to 4 July. Visitors are welcome to view the work, spend time in the space, and buy pieces on display.

The exhibition opens with an evening at Mayer Hall where there will be live poetry readings and live musical performances. The launch builds on the connections formed during the March workshop. It gives space for those collaborations to be heard as well as seen in the limelight.

It is a relaxed opening to the exhibition and a chance to experience the work in a shared setting. More details on performers will be shared soon.
