Its always good to receive positive feedback from a client!!
Bank of England Base rate drop meant putting some time in reviewing clients existing deals prior to completion again. The clients are delighted and you can certainly see why:
I had already saved 2 clients £485.76 and £724.40 respectively prior to the BOE rate drop by reviewing their rates.
Since the BOE rate change, I have managed to save them a further £750.72 and £753.28.
That’s £2714.16 saved for my clients over the term of their deals.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Another Happy Client, I reviewed the rate secured prior to completion with the lender and managed to get my client on a better deal, saving them £194.16 over their 2 year deal.
The power of reviewing rates prior to completion for your client. I reviewed the products I had secured for the client with the lender, and I have managed to save them £724.40 over the term of their deal by getting them a better rate. 5 minutes work and one happy client.
