Simple non destructive entry turned into a bigger job

Apecs 3 star cylinder
Bypass tool broke mid job

The cylinder would not pick anti clockwise
So had to drill open as was getting late
Prefer not to drill but has to be done sometimes

Door jammed in the locked position
We attended got the door open

De glazed it to find the door had not been packed at all so the door had dropped and water was getting trapped making the door even heavier

We packed the door properly using correct packers and adjusted hinges slightly… door now working as it should 👍👍
