I hope everyone is staying safe on their commute home this afternoon? On a day like today, it is easy to see the benefits of flexible working arrangements or even a four day working week. The BBC recently published an article discussing union calls for the benefits of advances in technology being passed on to staff in the form of a shorter working week and how this has been successfully implemented at IndyCube in Cardiff. For the rest of us battling the elements today, I can only recommend a good pair of wellies, waterproof jacket and keeping your fingers crossed that roads are clear and buses are running....
