It goes against everything Italian pizza tradition stands for… and honestly, we never thought we’d see the day either.
But here we are. For the 3rd year in a row, our Jerk Pineapple pizza is back:
🧀 Fior di Latte Mozzarella
🍍 Homemade Jerk-Marinated Pineapple
🌱 Coriander & Chilli Relish
🥥 Toasted Coconut Flakes
Our jerk seasoning is made in-house with a blend of 6 spices, coating the pineapple before it caramelises in the oven 😮💨
