Another small GRP kiosk install completed for one of our longstanding main contractors.

This time, a brand new 315A supply has been installed by UKPN. We carried out the installation of galvanised trunking with 185mm tails, running from the main cut-out to our isolator, fused down to 250A.

We also pulled in and terminated a 95mm 4-core SWA to feed the newly refurbished commercial units.

Great to be back working with a repeat client and delivering another clean, high-standard install ⚡️

Been a busy start to the year here at TAC Electrical Contractors ⚡

Alongside finishing off some projects from before Christmas and smaller jobs, we’ve been getting these two kiosks ready for UKPN to install two new 200 kVA supplies for two BNO connections

Our team has installed:
• 2 parallel runs of 200 meters of 185mm² 4-core SWA sub-mains
• 2 runs of 80 meters of 50mm² 4-core SWA sub-mains from the new BNO supply

We’re currently making off and terminating the SWAs into the isolators, getting everything ready for the next stage of the install and for UKPN to energise the new supplies.

Great progress on site and looking forward to seeing the new supplies go live. 👷‍♂️🔌

A nice local job today at the lewes_depot

Removal and Reinstatment of the cinema lighting to allow for a new ceiling to be installed.

Completion of the factory floor fit out in Horley at the beginning of the year. Complete with 110v, 230v and 415v outlets. We were contracted to install a new LV panel board, submains, distribution boards, galvanised containment and various outlets for the clients machinery.

Replacement of the obsolete 630amp panel board. Now we can connect our new 250amp submains into it.

Big day on the factory fit out today. 1 of the 3 250amp 95mm 3 phase sub mains going in.

A Small office fit out completed in Bromley. We also installed a hand dryer and extraction to the new warehouse WC, power for the new tea point and high bay lighting in the warehouse.

The project in Farnham coming to end. Full Electrical installation carried out including containment, lighting, power, electric heating and data.

The cable tray and basket complete on the project in Farnham ✅️✅️✅️✅️

Now to start the wiring and first fix.
