We're Hiring ✨

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused School & Retreats Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team.

This is a long-term, self-employed role (minimum 2-year commitment), working approximately 14 hours per week, with the majority of hours worked remotely from home.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration, coordination and management skills, experience with financial spreadsheets, strong client-facing communication skills, and confidence with marketing, social media and newsletters. An interest in yoga, wellbeing and energy work would be a wonderful fit.

If you thrive on organisation, enjoy supporting meaningful work behind the scenes, and can remain calm and efficient when working under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.

Devotional Evening of Kirtan

📍Friday 5th June- 7.00-8.30pm

Join Narayani and percussionist & multi-instrumentalist Mat Baker for an evening of sacred sound and mantra. Narayani’s kirtans are dynamic and colourful, offering chants that are easy to follow and join in- a powerful practice that takes you into stillness and connection. ✨

Kirtan is yoga for the voice, requiring no background or training. Repeating simple Sanskrit mantras creates harmony, meditation, and uplift- helping us release inhibition and open to joy. 💫

✨ This class is donation-based: £10 / £15 / £20 per person
✨ Advance booking is essential (spaces fill quickly!)

Restorative Yoga & Sound with Christina Karaviotis

Mondays 12.30pm-1.30pm

Unwind in this deeply restorative class blending slow, grounded mindful movement and yoga with simple breathwork, meditation and longer-held restorative poses with the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets.

You’ll be guided through practises designed to help release tension and settle the nervous system.

The class closes with a long, restful savasana immersed in a gentle sound bath, where the subtle vibrations of bowls and percussion help soothe the body and quiet the mind.

A nourishing space to rest, reset, and reconnect.
