We’re always so busy branding and marketing other businesses, so I decided it was time to rebrand Creative Direction. Only our 3rd logo in 36 years. The last logo was 12 years old, so we’ve previewed the new design on our Christmas card to our clients, friends and suppliers. 🤠🎄👌

Rebrand & Reposition: Smart Payment Technologies

We partnered with the team at Smart Payment Technologies to deliver a full rebrand and strategic repositioning, shifting their image from device and terminal-led, to a technology-first provider of global payment solutions.

The Challenge
Formerly Secure Retail, the company had evolved well beyond their original service offering. Their solutions now span fixed-lane terminals, mobile and self-service payments, ecommerce and acquiring services, trusted by some of the UK’s most iconic brands.

The brand needed to change with the business. With a mission to transform clients payment challenges into seamless, transformative experiences, they needed a visual and strategic platform that matched this ambition.

Our Approach
Creative Direction led a complete brand transformation, including:

Recruiting for another SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of our clients’ brands online - creating engaging content, growing followers, and generating traffic to websites, that we’ve designed and built. You’ll work closely with our designers to bring marketing to life across all relevant channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute compelling social media strategies
Plan, create, and publish content (text, images, video) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X
Monitor trends and conversations to keep us relevant and timely
Manage the social media calendar and ensure consistency in tone and messaging
Analyse performance metrics and optimise content accordingly
Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and promotions. Manage budgets and advertising spend.

About you

2+ years managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, and best practice
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Comfortable with analytics and using data to improve strategy
Creative, proactive, and obsessed with quality content
