The specification for this job was as follows:

Facia board-Heavy prep to remove any of the existing loose/flakey paintwork, a heavy sand down to provide key, a coat of exterior undercoat & 2 coats of exterior gloss

Masonary, sills and lintels-Prep same as above, apply stabilising solution where required and apply 3 coats of exterior masonary paint

Prevention is better than cure (and cheaper too!)💯
