Following on from last week's workshop announcements, we're excited to share even more creative opportunities coming your way this July.

We're thrilled to welcome to Left Bank for a series of new workshops.

Davinder is a Yorkshire-based textile designer and artist with a love of colour, pattern and making. His workshops are relaxed, welcoming and designed to encourage creativity, whether you're trying something new or building on existing skills. Expect plenty of opportunities to experiment with materials, explore new techniques and enjoy the process of making in a supportive environment.

💚 Applications for stalls are still open, but spaces are filling up fast. If you'd like to trade with us, we'd recommend getting your application in sooner rather than later!

We've got a brilliant line-up of creative workshops coming your way this summer, including some BRAND NEW sessions we're so excited to share with you!

🌿 Cyanotype Printing with Jenny – create beautiful sun-printed artworks using flowers, leaves and treasured keepsakes.

🧵 Embroider with Nature with Elnaz – Explore dried flower, and stitching techniques and create your own embroidered piece in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

✍️ Creative Writing Workshop – explore storytelling, poetry, prompts and creative expression with our brand-new writing sessions.

🏳️‍🌈 Plus, the wonderful Megan is back with a special Pride-themed lino printing workshop, where you'll design and carve your own LGBTQ+ inspired artwork to celebrate creativity, identity and community.

Whether you're trying something completely new or looking to reconnect with your creative side, there's something for everyone. All abilities welcome!

Calling all Headingley people 📣 there’s a new creative and colourful project coming to LS6 this summer and you are all invited!

We have teamed up with and The Otley Run Action Group to invite you to GET IT OFF YOUR CHEST and join our Art of Complaining Workshop next Monday 8th June from 7.45pm at ☀️🎤🔥🙌📣

Funded by Leeds Uni, we are exploring peoples feelings about the Otley Run good or bad 😁 and you are invited to join our choir and/or make fabulous costumes led by the sparkling energy of our musical director ❤️

Costumes are the department of our Director and we would love you creative folk who love working with textiles to come along and get involved too!

We're delighted to welcome Leeds Fine Artists to Left Bank Leeds for our next exhibition, showcasing a diverse collection of work from LFA members.

Featuring a wide range of artistic disciplines, this exhibition celebrates the creativity, skill and individuality of artists from across the city. From painting and printmaking to sculpture and beyond, there will be plenty to discover throughout the show.
