Insulated all exterior faces at this hmo to improve the EPC of the property and reduce the landlords on going energy costs 🔥 almost ready for second fix joinery, plumbing and electrical followed by decoration and carpets then it’ll be back on the market for a new tenant 🏡

Been a bit quiet on the gram recently, few updates of our basement conversion over the past few months. Drainage and pump chamber installed, concrete base installed, membranes & insulation installed and screed poured. Next update…. First fix electrical ⚡️ , plumbing 💦 and joinery 🪵
