The Inked Lens

Nature photography is one type that I have always loved and had a special affinity for. Here you will find work of mine spanning the last ten years, from my degree days to the present. Nature photography will always hold a special place in my heart and it is a style that I will come back to again and again.

These are a select few of the landscape images that I have taken over the years. I have been very lucky to travel to a few different places around the world and photographed the beautiful scenery that I found myself in.

This type of photography is one that I mainly worked on during my degree. Despite this, it is still one that I very much enjoy doing. I have done portraits ranging from studio set up to candid images at events and meetings. I hope to do more of this type of work in the future.

This is a small selection of images I have taken at various burlesque nights, gigs and other events I have been to. I have been privileged to be at so many different events and I really enjoy the challenge of capturing the moment that is the essence of this style of photography.

These are images that I've taken across the years ranging from burlesque imagery to catwalk style fashion produced by local fashion students. Some were taken for my own work during university and some were taken as paid work for the fashion department where I did my degree. I really enjoyed the variety of fashion that I was able to photograph and interpret as well as working with different models and ideas.

I was able to photograph this beautiful wedding courtesy of a recommendation of myself from a friend to the bride. Genuinely could not believe my luck when I turned up to the main venue, was absolutely stunning. Had an amazing time photographing in and around this stately hall and luckily had great weather for it too.

A small selection of photographs from the first wedding I worked on. I did this one by myself, was only a small wedding so wasn't too challenging, loved every minute of it!
