Little job in Roundhay boxed off today.

✅️ Garage, concrete and fencing removed
✅️ New fencing with concrete posts and overlap fence panels
✅️ New ramp for easy access
✅️ Blocked up garage wall and new pebble dash
✅️ Ground levels made up level
✅️ Top soil and new turf laid

Some of our internal works completed recently in Roundhay.
Knocking down the dividing wall and installing steels to make this open plan kitchen diner.
Turning the window into a new doorway really changes how the new space works.

A very busy week wrapping things up for a well deserved Easter break. 🐣

💥 Side extension in Templenewsam is now up to wallplate, all ready for the roof.
💥 Garage conversion in Crossgates all boarded and ready for skim.
💥 Rear extension in Moortown now complete, and we are heading back to build steps and lay porcelin tiles all around.
💥 we've had two comments from building control on these projects, praising the high standard of work.
It's always nice to hear when we pride ourselves on quality and doing things the right way 🙏

Big shout out to the lads involved in pushing these projects, couldn't ask for a better team 🤝

Rear of the house taken down on this project due to historic damage. Now rebuilt with the steels in place ready to take the new extension.

Getting involved with this project in Wetherby today.
The old HSBC bank in the town centre is now being converted into apartments.
We are there fitting pre finished timber door sets so they can now finish their external works.
We are set to go back to fit some sash windows and main door when the openings are ready for us.
