Joinery complete on another property. Now ready for plumbing and Rewire. Our turnaround from day 1 to hand over is 5-6weeks
One of our latest HMO refurbs complete. This property was in a very poor state but we tirned around in just 5 weeks from start to finish. We have a couple of slots available before the end of the year to carry out full or partial refurbs.

It’s been a long while since we last posted on here.
The last year has been manic and we have been a little lazy on the social media page.
We are happy to say we have some exciting projects coming up and some exciting additions to our scopes of work available
Since we was last on here we have expanded a little and are looking to expand even further over the coming months.
We now have available a multiple of trades within our company and are now able to carry out a wide range of works around your property.

With the rumour of the Covid lockdown restrictions being extended until April it is expected that many people will continue to suffer financially and this will lead to more stress and mental health issues.
We have been so lucky to be able to keep working throughout the pandemic and remain earning a regular income.
So I have made the decision to give back a little to the less fortunate and help a family out in need in this challenging time.
Next Friday I am going to do a super market shop for a months supply of food for 2 families who are genuinely struggling and finding it hard to feed themselves and children.
