Mutant Movement returns to The Backroom Leeds on Sat 2nd Jan with a 50th Anniversary all day DJ set, celebrating the music of 1977.

Expect to hear most of these, voted by followers as their favourite songs from 1977 as well as a few curveballs, floorfillers and obscurities as ever from MM.

I am yet to decide whether to play a mixture of alternative and mainstream tracks from 1977 myself in the main room at The Backroom Leeds on Jan 2nd for MM1977 like I did at Revolution for MM1976 earlier this year or go with the two room policy as I've adopted for MM80 & 81 with the downstairs bar open playing the Rock, Pop & Dance stuff for 3 hours, allowing me to play lots of Punk, Post-Punk, New Wave & Electronic (Kraftwerk LOL) upstairs.
