1 week of the Some Kind of Solace (Solo) EP thank you for all the love ! X

It’s a tricky one sometimes doing this independently as it feels as if everything comes to a stop when you do, I struggled with this majorly when releasing the EP last year which inevitably lead to burn out / writers block and feeling like s**t x

But this week was a reminder that rest and taking time to be with the people around you is very important as I’m now feeling SO ready to tell you about what’s next x

Also! has created a magical world around this release and T-shirts and prints are flying, I only have a very limited number of them so you should probably get on that while you can x

Recording these I was very much in the pits of writers block and lacking a lot of confidence and connection to my writing, but revisiting these songs reminded me how proud I am of this project !

I’m releasing a full EP of Some Kind of Solace (Solo Versions) this Friday 🌞🌱

The life these songs have taken on since I wrote them and released them absolutely blows my mind, I’m really proud of this EP and the people I was lucky enough to collaborate with to bring my songs to life for the first time !

I felt it would be a special thing to celebrate it by taking all the songs back to how they began as ideas, just me and a guitar in a little room

This also leads up to the final release of this project which is quite frankly huge, I simply cannot wait to tell you about it SO soon x
