Full house base coated in VPI base all before dinner 👌🏻

Always like the before and after photos to really show the possibilities with any garden. 5 days work from start to finish in a wet wet week ☔️

This is a job JM rendering have just finished in Ilkley just in time before this lockdown kicks in.
This had a 3 coat k-rend system with a white acrylic spray finish.
Really brought this shop back to life 👌🏻

This is a project JM did just off street Lane Leeds.
Here’s a little break down of what we did.

1, k-rend base coat 5mm with nylon mesh embedded within to prevent any cracking.

2, Applied another k-rend coat flat sponge finish.

3, Apply a coat of prima.

4, Spray top coat 1.5mm silicone based render in white.
