What if self-care didn’t have to be serious?

What if joy was just as healing as rest?

In a world that encourages us to rush, achieve and keep doing more, we’re creating a day to slow down, to connect and rediscover the joy found in life’s simplest moments.

Join us for a nourishing day of:

🌿 Yoga inspired movement
🎨 Playful creative connection activities (no artistic experience needed!)
🥗 A delicious healthy lunch
✨ A guided energy healing journey
🤍 Deeply restful restorative yoga
💜 Opening & closing circles

Together we’ll move, create, laugh, rest and connect with ourselves, with one another and with the joy that emerges when we feel truly seen, supported and accepted.

Whether you come on your own or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a relaxed, friendly community where there’s no pressure to perform or be anything other than yourself.

Because sometimes the greatest joy isn’t found in doing more…

It’s found in slowing down, sharing a smile, having a meaningful conversation and remembering that we were never meant to do life alone.

We’d love for you to join us.

Lately, life has felt… full. Really full. Which has lead to a feeling of overwhelm and I just don’t have much else to give right now. So my natural response is to retreat.

In this retreat I keep hearing the message:
‘simplify.’

I’ve noticed how easy it is to think we need more to feel better. More classes, more content, more healing, more things to keep up with. I was thinking about all the TV subscriptions I have and thought why on earth do I have so many, I don’t even have the time or capacity to watch all of this. Sound familiar?

It honestly just makes me want to switch off. Choice overwhelm is real these days. What I really need is less noise, less pressure and more space to actually hear my own thoughts.

I’ve transpired this essence into my membership which is intentionally simple. Just a couple of classes each month and one creative practice.

Not because I don’t have more to give but because I don’t think more is what we need. It’s the old cliche, less is more.

If your life already feels full, you’re allowed to choose less. You’re allowed to simplify. So that you can form a deeper connection with yourself.
