Niamh has been with the company since she was 16. She’s worked her way up from server to Assistant Manager — a journey we’re incredibly proud of.

What’s your favourite drink?
“I love our P**n Star Martini. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and passion fruit flavours — and of course, who doesn’t love a passion fruit?”

What’s your favourite dish on our menu?
“Being a veggie, I love the fact that the chef creates new and delightful dishes for me every day.”

Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
“I’m obsessed with true crime documentaries and could probably solve a mystery faster than I can carry three plates at once!”
