*Building work complete*
A client asked me to re-arrange the layout of a flat which was in a bad state of repair, please see the before and after shots of some transformation. Architectural drawings provided for their Building Warrant, which changed the flats layout to a new workable layout for my clients. Whole flat was stripped back, adding insulation to the property to grade a better EPC. Gas central heating added, which was previously electric heating. Fabulous job finished to a high end spec.
