Towards the end of last year, I made a commitment to myself to rebuild some habits that had fallen off my radar -

🏋️‍♀️ Exercising consistently
📚 Making time for reading

I had to go back to basics with it all, starting really small and going from there. And being OK with not getting it ‘100%’ all the time (anyone else really struggle with that?!) 🫣

It took a bit of time, but I’ve found my groove again with the gym and it feels great to have that routine again.

On the book front, I’ve found making time for it either at the start or the end of the day a good way to switch off, and I like having one fiction and one self-development on the go at the same time -Top Girl was an impulse buy to fill the void after Top Boy ended 😅

Some weeks it all goes to 💩 - but I’m trying to get better at being OK with that!
