Full job description
Job role includes: -
· Accounts – Invoicing, SOP’s, Nominal Codes etc.
· Bank Reconciliation
· Payroll – processing Payroll for both companies
· General Office Duties – Answering the phone, dealing with customers, general filing, ensuring vehicle Tax/MOT Spreadsheet up to date

Approx 20 hours weekly with the potential of additional hours, particularly during the busy season from May through to the end of September. Flexible office hours.
Salary negotiable based on experience. Candidate can be an employee or self-employed individual
The Suitable Candidate Must -
* Be proficient and fully knowledgeable in all aspects of Sage 50 Accounts Professional and Sage 50 Cloud Payroll.
* An additional advantage would be proficient and fully knowledgeable in Xero Accounts as we may change software provider.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Microsoft Cloud.
*Must be able to work on their own as there are no other employees within the office
* Hard working, conscientious individual with the ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
* Good verbal, telephone, written and communication skills
* Professional Manner
* Fluent English Speaking
Own transport must be provided as we are rural based in Huntly

Pay: Negotiable according to experience
Expected hours: Approx. 20 weekly with overtime as required
