Spirituality Is Not What You Call Yourself. It is How You Live The difference between wearing spirituality and actually doing the work

Somewhere underneath the performance, you know. The body knows. That knowing creates friction, it’s a low-grade war between the story you’re telling and the life you’re actually living. And that friction demands management. Constant management. Defensive posturing. Distorting other people’s perception of events and your own. Preemptive attacks on anyone who gets close enough to see the seam between the performance and the truth underneath it.
The Architecture of Delusion Truth builds differently than lies do.

Most of us sometimes feel there’s a missing piece in our lives, but often we look at life the wrong way around. Consider your life as a jigsaw puzzle.
You can only see the full picture when it’s almost completed.
Without faith in the bigger picture, life can feel empty, and we constantly search for external pieces to try to make us feel whole. That fullness is temporary, and soon the emptiness returns, prompting another search for the next high or fix.
The new year often brings a desire to turn our lives around, yet that motivation can disappear quickly too.
Life is more like a puzzle. The picture isn’t clear yet, and it isn’t supposed to be. It takes time to figure out what goes where. Some pieces are tried and then discarded; others fit unexpectedly. Over time, the puzzle of life slowly comes together.
In times that are dark, lonely, or sad, as you try to find your next move or direction, it can help to keep your spirituality alive, to drink deeply from the waters of life and quench your spiritual thirst. In doing so, you develop a trust between yourself and the creator, a trust that even when life gets difficult, the light within your soul can never be extinguished.
When the final piece falls into place, the picture may not be what you expected. It might be dark, hard to look at, or unfamiliar—something you wouldn’t have naturally chosen for yourself. Or it might be beautiful in ways you never imagined. Not everyone gets an easy or fair life, but each life can help us if we choose to see it as a grand jigsaw puzzle. Only you and the creator hold the pieces to your life’s puzzle.
Hold your pieces close and let yourself be guided before placing them. In darker times, keep the light alive within. If life feels lonely, remember that you are never truly alone. Those who trust in the bigger picture and their part in it will eventually see how it all holds meaning.

This monthly circle is for local women looking for a safe and non-judgmental space to slow down. If you're new to 'inner work' or just craving quiet time and genuine conversation, this is for you. We explore the beauty of stillness and the deep peace that comes from turning our attention inward. It's a chance to connect with yourself and others in a much more meaningful way.

When Loyalty Becomes a Trap
Too often, we mistake loyalty for alignment. We stay connected to people like old friends, partners, and family out of obligation, history, or emotional ties, even when it's become painfully clear that we're no longer moving in the same direction.

Becoming a new person is a strange thing. What once mattered doesn't anymore, and the things that used to hurt heal. What once weakened us becomes strength. Relationships that once held us together fall away. Everything transforms.

The more you step into authentic growth, the more some people around you can get uncomfortable. But what if you said their judgments back in reverse? 'You're too shallow.' 'You're not enough.' The discomfort this would create reveals something profound—these judgments aren't really about you at all
