My name is Amanda Harpin I have been passionate about fitness, rehabilitation and mental health for all my adult life.
I became a Personal Trainer at 40 after meeting a young women trainer in "The Warwickshire" and realizing women trust women and men respect women who understand our physical and mental differences. A few years later I qualified as a Pilates instructor and then a Yoga instructor. More recently becoming a Reformer Instructor and opening a Pilates Reformer Studio in the Village of Holmfirth
