Bathroom floor and some of the wall, in the shower area was rotten. Floor had to be strengthened and completely renewed, along with the walls.
Ceiling plastered and painted and 4 new led spot lights fitted in the ceiling.
Walls tiled floor to ceiling.
Quickstep vinyl click flooring laid.
Fit a close coupled W/C, vanity unit, wall hung cabinet with mirror,
Crosswater Clear 6 Offset Quadrant Single Door Shower Enclosure and a Podium Easy Plumb Offset Quadrant Anti Slip Shower Tray.

Did this particular customers bathroom, they were so pleased, had me back to do this en-suite.

Nice little fencing job finished yesterday, including making the gate from scratch.

Just finished this bathroom at Cwm Calon, customers over the moon, which is what it's all about really.
Old suite out, wall in bathroom taken down and rebuilt, new shelving built, with spot lights at the back of the bath, new led spot lights and a shower fan light fitted in the ceiling, room painted, walls tiled with porcelain tiles, floor fitted with Quickstep vinyl click flooring, fitted new bathroom suite.

Baxi 418 Heat only boiler, 5 year warranty fitted last week, at Cwm Calon, replaced a Glow worm flexicom.

Another great boiler service by British Gas, well worth the £300 a year service contract, for piece of mind, customer cancelled with them that day.

Kitchen that I finished last week, old kitchen taken out, new ring main in the kitchen and bedroom for power sockets, ceiling in kitchen battened and new plasterboard ceiling put up, new plaster coving put up, new spot lights run in and cut out, new power run in, for the under lights on the cabinets, kitchen completely re-plastered, new kitchen units fitted, all supplied by Howdens, to include the following integrated appliances, microwave oven, single oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, gas hob and extractor, all new work tops fitted, new decorative radiator fitted, new quick step flooring, fitted in the kitchen and back porch, decorating done by John, from colour change painting and decorating.

Just fitted this boiler yesterday, It's the New Intergas Xclusive 36, what an awsome bit of kit, the customer also chose magnetic boiler filter and the InTouch controls, which are an optional extra, Horizontal flue, intelligent controls built in, Dual heat exchanger, touch screen controls, 19 litres per minute on hot water, only 4 moving parts, 10 year manufacturers warranty, which includes parts and labour.
