This week, weโ€™re celebrating Sicklinghall Community Primary School as our School of the Week! Pupils across the school always demonstrate amazing determination and respect during their PE lessons. Last half term we developed our athletics skills in preparation for our Sports Day this Wednesday. Last week our year 5/6โ€™s completed an enrichment walk from Sutton Bank along the Cleveland Way and dropping down to Gormire Lake.

Staff are also continuing to engage in valuable CPD to support high-quality PE delivery across the curriculum. Weโ€™re really looking forward to developing our teamwork and exploring a wider range of sports including Rounders, Cricket and Tennis!

A typical day at one of our sports camps is decided by your children on the day! In registration children will decide their favourite activities and plan their day. Inflatable, Swimming (Ashville Camp Only) and Nerf can also been chosen!

๐Ÿ. ๐‚๐š๐ง ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฆ?
At our Ashville Camp we offer swimming in the afternoon for children ages Y1-9. Y4-9 have the option to swim on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Y1-3 have the opportunity to swim on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please ensure you select your child to swim on the pop up box when booking their place!

Yes! We offer early morning wrap-around care from 8am and a later pick up until 5pm!

Nerf can be chosen as an option by your children on the morning of their day at camp! When booking your child's place at one of our activity camps, please ensure you confirm the pop up box for your parental consent for your child to take part in Nerf. Please note this is for children in Y2 and above.

Swimming is a popular activity at our sports camps, offering children a fun way to stay active, cool off, and build confidence in the water. Through supervised recreational swims and engaging water-based activities, they develop swimming skills, teamwork, and water safety awareness while enjoying an exciting camp experience!
