🤔 Ponder on this!

Gratitude elevates your attitude!
During what I perceived as my dark days of post-natal depression which then snow-balled into full blown depression—I never thought that gratitude could be such a powerful tool to jump-starting myself.

So I did what I was told and I started to praise God!
“Praise God! Praise God! Praise God!
Praise God! Praise God! Praise God!
Praise God! Praise God! Praise God!”
Somehow it got me to stop overthinking and instead start looking 👀 at the things I was grateful for.
I would journal daily and this helped me realise my life was worth living. I stopped waking up thinking what’s the point, and feeling that I had no control over my life dayto planning my days and spicing up my life. After some persistence to change my life, it worked I flung off the cloak of depression and refused to allow that spirit to get hold of me again.

You think you got it bad, always remember there is someone out there who is worse off than you!

What do you have to be grateful and start counting your blessings. Get a journal and record your blessings.

💫 Returning back to love is the most urgent thing - it is enwrapped in your purpose, your power and passion. It’s all you. The power of love knows how to heal like nothing else! Spray on love 💕 💕💕
The best armour you will ever need is love, and while you are at it, do not forget to spray on faith, patience and forgiveness and immerse yourself in the spirit of the divine. God is watching and waiting for you to step into the vortex of love, where will uncover a peace that surpasses all understanding. 💕
