We are also a Hyrox Affiliate and licensed Weightlifting Club

Sundays at TRAIN = KIDS TAKEOVER
CrossFit Kids is ON every week:
Ages 3–5: 8:30 - 9am
Ages 6–12: 9:00 - 9:45am
FREE for all TRAIN members’ kids 🙌
Non-members welcome – just £7.50 to drop in.
We’re building strong, confident, capable kids through movement, play, and teamwork. Think running, jumping, climbing, lifting (safely!) all wrapped up in games and big energy.
No egos. No pressure. Just learning to move well, have fun, and love fitness from day one.
Bring them down. Let them loose. Watch them thrive
