With heavy heart due to circumstances outwith my control. Guys Inn will be closed permanently from Monday 5th June 2023.

On behalf of the Redpath family I would like to thank all our staff and customers for your loyalty and friendship. Great characters past and present make unforgettable memories.

Final opening hours
Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd June 5pm till 11.45pm
Sunday 4th 1pm till 7pm.

Special thanks to all who were able to attend Davids funeral at the crematorium and The Parkville Blantyre. Your presence will not be forgotten.

I wish each one of you, all the very best for the future. The end is our new start.

The funeral for David will be held on Thursday 1st June @ 12pm, at the South Lanarkshire Crematorium followed by a reception at The Parkville Hotel in Blantyre. 🖤

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share with you the passing of pub landlord David.

Davy made a big impression on everyone he met & will forever be remembered as the friendliest guy with the biggest heart. 💙

Staff required, part time 8 hours covering Saturday 4.30pm till 8.30pm and Sunday 12.30pm till 4.30pm, hours may be rotated. Experience preferred but not essential. Must be flexible to cover extra hours as required. Pay NMW on payroll. DM or call in for a chat.

Of course do what is mentioned below, however please remember when booking with Wellman Cars and using your mobile number when you call or book via APP or Website then you also get the following -

- a text to confirm the car is on its way.
- details of the make and model of the vehicle .
- details of the colour and registration of the vehicle.
- the drivers name
- “track my taxi” link allows you to watch your driver making his / her way to you. Additionally with a photograph of the driver. The opportunity to call the driver from the tracking link.

All extra ways of ensuring the vehicle you have ordered and are about to go into is a licensed car.

Also please note all our 100+ vehicles have a red and white rear window sticker displayed on their back window, detailing our company name and telephone number. As well as this some of our cars have private plates and roof signs, due to them being able to pick up passengers form the street.
