A Seasonal Update from our Nursery

As summer comes to an end, we’d like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has visited and supported us over the past few months. We’ve had a truly wonderful summer filled with events, beautiful plants, great conversations, and lots of happy customers.
It has been a pleasure getting out and about in the local community, attending village fetes, hosting and taking part in gardening talks, and being involved in a number of community projects. These events have given us the opportunity to meet so many wonderful new people, share our passion for plants and gardening, and catch up with plenty of familiar faces too.
We’ve loved welcoming new customers to the nursery, as well as seeing our regular visitors return time and time again. Your continued support means so much to our small nursery and helps us to keep growing.
As we move into the autumn and winter months, we will be changing to our Seasonal opening hours and will now be closed on a Sunday. We will remain open on Saturdays and throughout the week.
Although the weather is changing, we still have a fantastic array of plants available, including a variety of options for your garden, home, pots, borders, and seasonal displays. Whether you’re looking for something new to brighten up your outdoor space, choosing plants for an autumn project, or simply want to have a browse, we’d love to see you.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be here to answer any questions, offer advice, and help you choose the right plants for your needs. Don’t hesitate to ask us for guidance—we’re always happy to help!

Our standout plant this week is the beautiful Myrtus Communis! 🌿

Commonly known as Common Myrtle, this elegant evergreen is a real treat for the senses. It features small, glossy aromatic leaves that release a lovely scent when brushed against. As we head further into the season, it will produce a profusion of delicate white flowers followed by dark berries. It loves a sunny, sheltered spot and has been a symbol of luck and love for centuries—the perfect special addition to your garden collection!
