I wasn’t always this woman.

I was once scared to leave the house.
Anxiety running the show.
Small. Hiding. Surviving.

I couldn’t even imagine doing this work.

But something in me knew there was more.
A version of me I hadn’t met yet.

So I started choosing myself.
Messy. Shaky. Terrified.
But choosing anyway.

Now I walk on fire.
I break boards.
I hold space for others to remember who they are.

She was always in there.
I just had to rise.

And so do you.
