I want to say massive thank you to Nik at 1000mile.co.uk for the ankle supports. Looking forward to giving them a go before and after surgery. I'll let you know how I get on with them!

Some of you may be aware that nearly 2 years ago I fell sideways down this curb, severely injuring my ankle. It's a lot better than it was but it still gives me a constant niggling pain, and bad pain for days if I walk more than a mile or so.
Anyway after seeing the consultant on Friday, he has confirmed that I'll need an operation to see what's happening in there and hopefully repair the damage (or possibly do that in a second operation)
So, no racing again for me this year! However I will still continue to be a part in the Mighty Minis Championship as championship secretary and will keep you all updated with what's happening in the paddock.

Happy International Women's Day!

This is me with four other amazing women. Together we are team Blueberry Tarts, 24hr race team!

And not forgetting, Rhubarb, the 2CV!

Today I did something different. I gave a talk to around 70 primary school children about Motorsport during their equalities week. I spoke about my own motorsport journey, as well as careers and volunteer work within the sport. The hope is to get more girls thinking about their options and that they are not limited to traditional gender roles.

John and Sue Jenkins very kindly brought Betty back up north today to ADO Restoration in Halifax. ADO will be building the engine to the up to date spec for 2026.

Betty has been down in Norfolk with the Jenkins having her suspension upgrades and will soon be coming back up north for the next stage, but where exactly is she going??....stay tuned.

He everyone. Sorry I haven't been around for a while, I've had a lot going on, none of it racing related unfortunately!
But, I'm back! Me and Betty the Mini will be back out racing in 2026.
