Finished up the casting from the other day, and I’m so happy with how it’s turned out! My client asked for a frosted finish ❄️ and it looks amazing — can’t wait to hand it over to her! ☺️
Finally got it! 😅 My last sand casting in deft clay was a total fail, but thanks to some awesome advice from you guys, this one actually worked 🙌 Super happy with how the ring turned out. Will clean it up and show you the final result.

So I’m still on a mission to teach myself wax carving and sandcasting. This is my progress so far. Lessons learned this week carving wax takes time and plenty of patience. Every small mistake shows up when you cast into metal!! When pour molten silver if you think it’s hot enough, heat it some more 🔥🔥🤔
