Forres Breakdown Recovery

Live lane Recovery. This lovely Defender was broken down on the A96 1 mile towards Nairn off the airport roundabout. Never a situation you want to be in. Thankfully a very nice guy from Bear Scotland stopped to warn other road users and to make this recovery as safe as possible. Vehicle was then recovered to Native Automotive in Kinloss.

When you see a Recovery truck or road workers at the side of the road. Please slow down and move over. Working at the side of the road with vehichles traveling upwards of 50mph within a very close proximity isnt the nicest place to be. Just takes one mistake to end a life. We all want to get home to our families. Thank you 😊

Hope you're all well. Few jobs yesterday. Dacia picked up in Forres and taken to Thistle autos in lhanbryde. And a big ol Rover picked up in Carnie and dropped outside lossie. Bit tight for access to the garage but unloaded safely ready for its restoration

Getting pretty good at recovering these KIA Ceeds. Another one with a broken rear suspension arm. Glad I had the lorry for this one. Jacked up the arm then ratchet strap to hold it off the ground for loading.

Fine local run on a beautiful sunny day. Recovered off Forres highstreet and taken to Thomson Tyres.

Wee bit tight on this job. Transit and trailer safely dropped off in Elgin after breaking down just outside Forres

Double trouble Pandas and a run down to Dalwinnie yesterday and back to Findhorn for the Qashqai. Glad I could get to this family so quickly, hopefully the car is fixed quickly so they can get away for their holiday.

Finally decals on the lorry. And a good freshen up. So happy with the results. Even got a couple decals on the touareg. And a few recoveries today heres one just to show off the lorrys new look. Big thank you to Velocity signs & graphics at Thomson Garages Ltd for decals.

Every recovery driver knows, if its gonna start raining it'll do it when your are out of the cab loading or unloading 😅 safe to say i am soaking wet now. I want to thank Quilliam Vehicle Maintenance Ltd for the recommendation today and on alot of other jobs ive had. Its very much appreciated.

Vauxhall Astra recovered from RAF Lossiemouth and taken to Elgin. And this mighty Suzuki picked uo in Forres and taken to Kinloss for a very good Customer and friend.

Afew jobs done this week, apologies I am lacking in photos again 🤦‍♂️😅 also the lorry has been treated recently to x4 brand new tyres and on inspection found a small oil leak so that was all taken care of to. I dedicate myself to keeping my fleet at its peak so im ready when needed.
