Jazzercise Forfar

Fitness Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with pilates, yoga, kickboxing & more, one 55 minute session can burn up to 800 calories.

Booking a place is required. Cash/Card accepted. Monthly unlimited classes £39, ten class pass £60, one class £8.

You can build strength and see results with lighter weights, too. Focus on good form, consistency, and challenging your muscles – you don’t have to lift the heaviest weight in the room. 💪
