I have an idea to put a group together in Folkestone for parents who have lost children. As far as I’m aware there isn’t anything like this in Folkestone with the nearest bereavement support being cruise in ashford.

Some of the aims would be to….
Unite parents at different stages of grief
Help and support each other
meet people who understand what we are going through.
Give hope and share the things that have helped us face another day/ moment
Keep us connected to the world

Days like these always revert me back;

I will always wonder what could of been of you, I will always wonder how yours and Lucas relationship would have formed. I will always wonder, it is just what happens when you are bereaved by su***de.

You don't get any answers, you just have to live with it and make your own answers. It isn't a great journey, it is a painful one, but just hang in there. It took me almost 4 years to heal from what happened that night. There is no time limit on healing - please reach out;

I still wish you would of reached out though Bryan, but if it weren't for you we wouldn't of saved as many as we have already. SAPUK grew from the pain you left.
