🥇 May Member of the Month 🥇
A huge well done to our amazing member Molly for being our standout member in May!
Molly completed a leg of the marathon and then took on a triathlon in Donegal just one week later. 🏃♀️🚴♀️ 🌊
She’s also made some serious progress in the gym, consistently smashing her SGPT and Tryka sessions throughout the month. Her hard work and commitment have been outstanding!
A special shoutout as well to Eimer for completing the most sessions in May and for being an absolute tank. 💪🏻

April Member of the Month 🥇
Huge well done to Oliver for being our standout member of the month for April… especially considering it’s only been his first month with us 😂
Oliver has settled in brilliantly — he’s been consistent, trains extremely hard, and has been a pleasure to coach throughout his first 5–6 weeks with us!
Also, a big shoutout to Keris & Jason for completing the most sessions during April 👏

The all-or-nothing mindset is one of the biggest reasons people stay stuck
Because it sounds disciplined… but it’s actually fragile
The second life gets busy, stressful, or unpredictable, the “all” becomes impossible—so you fall back to “nothing”
Miss a workout? Skip a few days.
Have one off-plan meal? Write the whole week off
And before you know it, you’re back at square one
Real progress doesn’t come from perfect weeks. It comes from imperfect action, done consistently
The people who get results aren’t the ones who never mess up—they’re the ones who don’t let a slip up turn into a stop
So next time things aren’t perfect, don’t quit
Do something.
Because “something” done repeatedly will always beat “everything” done occasionally.

The Belfast Marathon was absolutely fantastic — the atmosphere and support were out of this world. From start to finish, the energy from the crowds and runners made it a day to remember.
Massive respect to everyone who showed up, pushed through, and crossed that finish line!
