A Fresh Lease of Life for a Much-Loved Frame ✨

A customer brought us this large artwork, wanting to keep the classic gold look while giving the frame a fresh new lease of life.

Rather than replacing everything, we recycled as much of the original frame as possible, thoroughly cleaned the glass, and carefully crafted a brand-new outer frame in a complementary gold finish. The result retains the character of the original while looking clean, elegant and ready for many more years on display.

One of the biggest transformations often comes from the glass itself. Over time, glass can become marked, scratched or develop a film that dulls the artwork. A professional clean—or replacing the glass where necessary—can dramatically improve the clarity, colours and overall presentation of a picture, making it look brighter and more vibrant.
